These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases and services provided by Herlove Bespoke Jewelry, located in Utah, USA. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products & Services
We specialize in custom, bespoke, and in-store jewelry sales, as well as repair services. Digital renderings are provided for visualization only; final products are handmade and may vary slightly within reasonable craftsmanship standards.
3. Authenticity & Materials
All gemstones and diamonds are sourced from reputable, ethical dealers. While we make every effort to ensure authenticity and quality, we rely on supplier representations and cannot guarantee certification beyond what is provided.
4. Orders & Payment

In-Store Orders: Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Custom/Special Orders: A deposit may be required. All custom and special orders are final and non-refundable.

Online Orders: Orders placed online are confirmed with the store. Payment must be arranged and completed prior to shipping.
5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase for in-store items, provided they are unaltered and in original condition.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom or special orders.
6. Shipping

Items will be shipped after full payment has been received.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Once an item is handed over to the carrier, Herlove Bespoke Jewelry is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay during transit. Customers may request or purchase shipping insurance for added protection.
7. Repairs & Services
Repairs are performed at the customer’s risk. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or weaknesses in materials not purchased from us.
8. Intellectual Property
Designs, renderings, images, and content provided by Herlove Bespoke Jewelry remain the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
